Apple raisin cakes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the cinnamon, salt and baking powder into the spelled flour. Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl.

Add the apple sauce and honey and beat through it. Then add the flour mixture and mix through. Finally add the raisins and chopped nuts.

Make 5 heaps on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake until tender and golden brown in about 12 minutes. They remain soft on the inside.
