Omelet roll with spinach

Preparation Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the eggs and milk with a pinch of pepper and salt in a bowl. Beat it up. Heat a butter or margarine in a medium-sized (ovenproof) frying pan and pour the egg mixture into it. Divide the spinach and the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters. When the top is almost completely solidified, you can fold two sides inwards with a spatula so that a kind of folded roll is created. Green asparagus with potatoes and egg

Preparation Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes and cut large potatoes once so that they are all about the same size. Mix a dash of oil with Italian herbs and a pinch of pepper and salt. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper or in a large roasting tin and sprinkle with the herb oil. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 25 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a pan with water, about 7 to 8 minutes for a hard-boiled result. Heat a grill pan and brush the asparagus with a brush with a little olive oil. Couscous salad with mint

Preparation Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a small bowl. Finely chop the mint and also add to the dressing. Cut the tips of the snow peas and if necessary remove the wires attached to it. Cook the snow peas for 5 minutes with a pinch of salt and then drain and rinse with cold water. Preparation Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put 3 bananas in a food processor and add the eggs and cinnamon. Mix finely. Then add the spelled flour, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and honey and mix again. Pour the batter into a cake pan with baking paper or one made of silicone.
