Omelet roll with spinach


Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put the eggs and milk with a pinch of pepper and salt in a bowl.

Beat it up.

Heat a butter or margarine in a medium-sized (ovenproof) frying pan and pour the egg mixture into it.

Divide the spinach and the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.

When the top is almost completely solidified, you can fold two sides inwards with a spatula so that a kind of folded roll is created.

Sprinkle with cheese and put the pan in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Tip: do you not have an ovenproof frying pan? Then add the lid to the pan after adding the cheese and let it melt for a few minutes on low heat.
