Couscous salad with mint
Preparation Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a small bowl. Finely chop the mint and also add to the dressing. Cut the tips of the snow peas and if necessary remove the wires attached to it. Cook the snow peas for 5 minutes with a pinch of salt and then drain and rinse with cold water. The couscous according to the packaging. Cook the peas well. Scoop the snow peas through the couscous together with peas and radish slices. Add the dressing and mix in. Chilli with beef
Preparation Chop the onion and fry it in a large (wok) pan with a little oil or margarine. Add the minced meat and fry it loose. Add 2 tablespoons of the chili con carne spice mix. Cut the red peppers into pieces and fry for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree, tomato cubes and sieved tomatoes and stir everything well. Let this mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, also cook the rice. Then add the beans and corn to the tomato sauce with minced meat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Apple raisin cakes
Preparation Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the cinnamon, salt and baking powder into the spelled flour. Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl. Add the apple sauce and honey and beat through it. Then add the flour mixture and mix through. Finally add the raisins and chopped nuts. Make 5 heaps on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake until tender and golden brown in about 12 minutes.
