Chop the onion and fry it in a large (wok) pan with a little oil or margarine.
Add the minced meat and fry it loose. Add 2 tablespoons of the chili con carne spice mix.
Cut the red peppers into pieces and fry for a few minutes.
Then add the tomato puree, tomato cubes and sieved tomatoes and stir everything well.
Let this mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, also cook the rice.
Then add the beans and corn to the tomato sauce with minced meat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the chili con carne with a generous scoop of sour cream, some chopped parsley and rice.
