Mini wrap cones with salad

Preparation

Cut the avocados in half and remove the kernel and skin.

Finely chop the flesh of the avocado with the juice of the lime, pinch of chili pepper and salt and pepper.

Spread the mini wraps with the avocado mixture, and keep 1 cm from the edge.

Roll the wraps in the shape of a cone and secure them with a pin.

Fill the cones with some lettuce, corn, pieces of cherry tomato and finish with a spoonful of sour cream.
