Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Remove the peel from the avocado and remove the kernel and cut the avocado into pieces.
Put the avocado together with the eggs and honey in the food processor and mix until smooth.
Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the marrow and add it to the batter. Take a bowl and sift in the spelled flour.
Then add the baking powder and add it to the avocado mixture in the food processor.
Squeeze the limes above.
Mix again until smooth.
Cover a cake pan with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake the cake for 30 minutes.
Always check with a skewer whether the cake is cooked.
