Healthy banana bread

Make a healthy and tasty banana bread yourself with this easy basic recipe with only 6 ingredients such as dates

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the dates in hot water for 5 minutes to soften them, remove the seed and cut into pieces. Put 3 bananas with the eggs, cinnamon and dates in a food processor and mix until smooth. Put this in a bowl and fold in the spelled flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a cake pan and place a halved banana on top.

Bake the banana bread in the oven for about 50 minutes. Then check with a skewer if the healthy banana bread is cooked. Keep the banana bread covered with foil or freeze into slices.Tip: you can also add raisins, nuts and / or fruit to the batter.
