Chocolate banana bread

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put 3 bananas in a food processor and add the eggs and cinnamon.

Mix finely.

Then add the spelled flour, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and honey and mix again.

Pour the batter into a cake pan with baking paper or one made of silicone.

Cut the last banana in half lengthwise and place on top of the batter.

Bake the banana bread in the oven for about 45 minutes until it is done.

Tip: also delicious with nuts through it.
